My current drawing series - "Bones and Skulls" has been going quite well with many encouraging comment around here. I'm a huge lover of animals and to some extent, I really do love many wildlife animals.
Just like I expected, the Hippopotamus's skull appears quite heavy, and making a drawing of it was quite interesting with some many dramas around and within the bones. My scribble strokes are quite coordinated with a well portrayed contrast and proportions.
I never imagined how would be a hippo skull, but you have a wonderful study here, and also with your technique surely developed with lots of work!! Awesome drawing!!
