I hate stereotypes to be honest. No one can actually be good at drinking, it’s not a sport or a skill just the more often some do it the more used to it they become. What I love about the UK is the social element to it, the pub as an institution with its pub culture resembling the lifestyle here. Sometimes even the whole family is in there including the dogs 🐶

You've already told me about pub culture. When I talk about this in a conversation with colleagues, acquaintances, and friends, not everyone even understands what I'm talking about.
In my village with a population of about 3 thousand people, a cafe has only recently opened, and that it only works on weekends and holidays. People are used to drinking in companies at home or in the countryside.
But we must admit that the situation is changing in cities and there are more and more such "pubs".

The English pub isn't the same as the pubs we have in the Netherlands especially not the "bruin cafés" (dark pubs) it's alcohol nothing else, noplace for children and with the noise no dog likes to stay inside.

😱 Am I brave enough to pop in one day 🤔 Nothing like my last Amsterdam adventure then - admiring the tulips at Keukenhof 🌷

The keukenhof is not in Amsterdam... There's plenty to see. On my list is the Amphibus 😁

Fairly close, landed at Schiphol and took a coach straight to that botanical garden, was very keen 😂
The amphibious cars look fun, not sure if that’s a self-driving activity 🤔

You can always come back. I doubt it's a self-driving activity but you can always ask or I will. Still, I believe it's a fun thing to do.
