My native place is Ooty, where I born and completed my studies. Ooty is one of the famous and very beautiful hill station in India. located on the western mountain region , Ooty also capital of The Nigiris district, only district in south India which covers with mountain and forest also called The queen of Hills.
Ooty is also famous for its tea, which is the major plantation here, also they cultivate vegetables like carrot, radish, cabbage, cauliflower, beetroot etc.
Ooty is the No.1 tourist place in the state Tamilnadu because of its weather and and natural scenes. Yo can enjoy and take photographs. Best season to visit is March to May and October to December.
Ooty's hill region train is famous for its uniqueness that rides on gear tracks, it was amazing experience to travel in the train on the mountain region, tunnels, heights and forest.
