Moscow Gates (1838)

The Moscow Triumph Gates (1838), are one of the iconic symbols of St.Petersburg. Every time I visit my publisher who I'm doing book layout extra work, I pass it by, and if I leave lately, I enjoy the sunset. Simply cannot but stop and click the camera trigger again and again, tho I dont see anything new; but I see beauty, thats enough... I've captured this scene a dozen times and can not stop. So powerful.

PS. We still have the 'white nights season' here -- time I shoot this is about 23.00 PM, but the sky is still lit.
