While I usually post guides on drawing and painting, or some of my artworks, here is something personal for a change.

Some images from several years back, when I was in a better shape :)

I still do sports, but not with the same intensity as I used to.

Oh! I should start doing my Tai Chi as soon as possible. I could feel the bones very rusty!

Couldn’t believe an artist could do boxing!

Well, I've been doing martial arts since age 6 or 7. Almost 40 years of training.
I had to stop several years ago due to financial problems, but I still do some practice alone.
Sports, and martial arts are so good for the soul.

Well, now we need some fresh pictures for comparison :-))

Next time I drink, I might take and upload :)

This is a very bold statement :-))
🤣 😂😅

Not that bold... I remind you that I am only 50.8 years old :-)

...at the age of 50, life is just beginning :-)

Now you exaggerate a bit... :) It is fun in some ways though.

When you live for the seventh decade, you will understand my words much better :-))

Когда ты будешь жить седьмой десяток лет, ты поймёшь мои слова гораздо лучше :-))

Do you really think I will get there??? Smoking since age 13.
69 is enough for me. 70 is too greedy :)

:-)

This guy, apparently, initially thought that you wanted to draw him, but everything didn’t go according to plan, then you decided to try the role of a sculptor and mold Antinous from an interlocutor, but before you mold something new, you need to break the old :)

This guy (in the photos) is me... :)

Friend, this sport requires excellent physical conditions, I practiced kung-fu in my youth.

The modality of muay thai, as I told you, is very demanding.

I congratulate you for doing sports, of course, not with such intensity, the perseverance you have is important.

I did Muay Thai for 14 years. I loved every minute.
Before that I did karate, judo, ju-jitsu, and krav maga for many years.
Kung-Fu is amazing. I love martial arts, it is very good for the spirit. Makes you a relaxed and good person, usually :)
