Hello my fellow steemian friends, it is your man again @raymondpeter. Today, I wish to share with you flower which we called "fire-tree flower".

What is fire-tree🔥flower?
The flamboyant(Delonix regia (Bojer) Raf) is a purennial legume tree, grown in tropical and subtropical regions as an ornamental species because of its showy flowers 🌹. It is a valuable shade tree and the leaves and seed meal can be used to feed livestock.

Is flame tree edible?
Yes, it is the illawarra Flame Tree, also known as a kurrajong. Beautiful when it is in bloom, but the locals -they were more interested in the seed, Beautiful flowers 🌹 , but also an edible tube.

What is the usefulness of fire-tree flower?
The main use of the flaboyant is onamental. It is mostly planted in parks and avenues for its magnificient flowering and as a shade tree for cows or for other tree species in plantations, for instance in tea plantations.

Healing with the flame tree:
The flame tree is considered by many as an ornamental plant, however its medicinal properties are nonetheless as impressive as its beauty when it is in full bloom.

MEDICAL USES OF FIRE-TREE FLOWER 🌸

Antidiabetic, Anti-inflammatory, Anti-arthritic, Antipyretic, Hepato-protective, cardioprotective, Helps with indigestive and flatulence, purge parasitic worms from the digestive tract, Anti-diarrhoea, Anti-cancer, Anti-microbial, Helps heal wound, as a rich source of antioxidant phytochemicals

USAGE IN TRADITIONAL MEDICINE 🌿
(1) The seeds are used to protect against infections and hasten the healing of wounds.
(2) A decoction of the leaves 🍂 helps address joint pain and swelling.
(3) A herbal tea prepared with the flowers and leaves helps address flatulence, digestive disorders, helps expel wormsbfrom the digestive tract and is also beneficial for gynaecological disorders. This tea can alos be used as an enema to help clear the clon of pathogenic microbes.
(4) An oil prepared with the flowers is used treat arthritic and rheumatic inflictions.
(5) The stalk of flowers are eaten or used in making chutney. They are rich in vitamin C and and a host of other antioxidants and phytochemicals.
(6) The exudate from the bark of the tree i.e. resin and hasten the healing of wounds.
(8) A juice made with the flowers 🌹 is very good for diabetics. It is also a wonderful remedy to help address inflammatory disorders.

It is normal to be taken herbs 🌿 for the treatment of certain sickness if condition warrant it but the only problem there is that many people 👫 don't know know measurement to be taken per day so to guide against drugs abuse. That is why physician are not agree with the way people are using it because they don't know what they supposed to be taken in terms of dosage and the likes.
