LAMP-PAINTING REACHES ITS HOME IN MILAN. July 2022

Hi!

I´m very happy to share with you the latest good news that happened to me.

A few years ago my husband who likes doing carpentry decided to make a new line of production related to my art and built some frames and put light in them and we printed on canvas a few of my favourite paintings. You can see these in an old fb post:

So, they all went to new homes over the years and this last one was exhibited in a local restaurant this month and some people I know from Milan where on holiday and decided to have it for their home. I had to make a very strong wooden box and pack it carefully.

So, This week I got an image of what the lamp looks like hanging in their lobby.

Here is an image of the lamp when it was hanging in my old house a few years back at night so you can see the night effect.

I always get a little nervous when sending my paintings abroad and hope that they arrive safely. (Once it got damaged a bit and my client had to wait till I visited the US again to touch up the damage. ). But... so lucky this big package got there safely! (90x90cm)
