Greetings friends of the World of Xpilar community and the creator of the contest @o1eh.

One of the trips that my daughter took me was to Toledo, we arrived by bus, about two hours away.
Toledo is an ancient walled city and is located on a hill above the plains of Castilla-La Mancha, in central Spain.

My daughter and her husband had gone before but they didn't know about these escalators that easily take you up the hill, making it easier for older people to climb. But the descent was something else, there were no stairs to go down, so we had to do it slowly.

Mi hija y su esposo ya habían ido otras veces pero no sabían de estas escaleras mecánicas que te llevan con facilidad hasta arriba de la colina, facilitándole la subida a las personas mayores. Pero la bajada era otra cosa no había escaleras para bajar, así que lo teníamos que hacer en forma pausada.

Looking at the old and new city from above is quite a spectacle to enjoy. There was a railing of a bridge full of padlocks.

There is a whole area for sales and souvenirs, Toledo was a manufacturer of swords and shields in ancient times.
It is also known for the medieval Arab, Jewish and Christian monuments in its walled old city. The three religious groups converge.

Hay todo una zona de ventas y recuerdos, Toledo es fabricante de espadas y escudos en la antigüedad.
También es conocida por los monumentos medievales árabes, judíos y cristianos en su ciudad antigua amurallada. Convergen los tres grupos religiosos.

The Cathedral of Santa María, is also called the primate cathedral of Spain. It is a Catholic temple of Gothic architecture with beautiful stained glass windows to enjoy in detail.

Estuvimos todo el día caminando para poder cubrir una gran superficie entrar por uno de los lados de la colina y bajar por el otro lado. La venta de recuerdos en una zona turística por excelencia.

We walked all day to cover a large area, entering one side of the hill and going down the other side. The sale of souvenirs in a tourist area par excellence.

Plans and structures that have taken time to be visited and admired. Almost everything is free to enter, except for certain places, such as seeing the El Greco painting that you pay to enter the church where it is located.

Planos y estructuras que han llevado el tiempo a cuestas para ser visitados y admirados. Casi todo es de entrada libre, excepto cierto lugares, como ver la pintura del Greco que se paga para poder entrar a la iglesia donde esta ubicado.
