Throughout life they ask us to remain balanced and firm in our purposes, that nothing that happens to us is by chance and that we can overcome every challenge that comes our way.

However, it is not bad to feel down and without strength, because it is the moment where you begin to reflect on the steps you have taken and begin to look for new options and see things from another perspective.
