Hello everyone,
Guess what i found today in a dirty environment,a medicinal plant,here in this part of the nation we call it bitter leaf which i don't know whether it call the same in other parts of the world of curse there are other leaf here on earth which are bitter but as for this species it unique in the sense that it been used for many purposes, here's the picture below 👇
It botanical name is Vernonia amygdalina, which is a popularly known as bitter leaf as specified above,it is rich in vitamins and contain high rate of anti bacterial.
Most time when we get injured in the bush field when playing football unprotected we uses it liquid after being squeezed to rub on the affected region and after a while all pains are gone and between fellow days wound hails.
Out side using it as medicine we use it as vegetable for Soup and other special food making which in turn gives great taste to our meal.
