New promotion campaign on Facebook

In August, I ran several campaigns to promote Steem in Google Adsense. I consider them quite successful, because according to the statistics, thousands of new users learned about our blockchain. However, Google blocked my account because according to their new rules I had to prove that I have some legal relationship with Steemit INC.

The Steemit team advised me to try to continue promoting Steem on Facebook. I tried running an ad there, but it didn't work. When setting up an advertising campaign, the system constantly informed me about the appearance of some incomprehensible and illogical error. I had to contact the support of Meta company, but there was no result for a long time.

Only now I received a reply that all issues are resolved and I can set up my advertising campaigns. I immediately checked it out and I actually finally managed to do it.

So now I have an ad campaign set up, which was recently reviewed and approved by Meta, which I was informed about via email.

What's next?

I'd like to run at least a few campaigns to promote Steem on Facebook. I think it will be useful for the popularity of the blockchain. In my advertising campaigns, I never talk about Steem as a place where you can make easy money, so I hope that my activity does not attract scammers and spammers.

However, as always, there is a question of resources. Unfortunately, my financial situation does not allow me to allocate my own funds for the promotion of Steem. Previously, my efforts were supported by the Steemit team and xpilar. That's how I collected funds for advertising. However, the Steemit team has now diverted resources to the Steemit Learning Challenge and is unlikely to be able to support my efforts, and xpilar has already spent more money on it than anyone else. So the success of my new endeavor depends on the community. If this post is supported and SBDs are printed, then I may be able to raise funds for an advertising campaign.

All of this is far from perfect, but as with Google Ads, each subsequent campaign will have more refined settings.

The budget I would like to raise is only 73 STEEM. I don't think I can do it with this one post, but if I can raise even a fraction of the amount, I'll add the rest with my own money.
