Hello my dear Steemians,
As we always say the time is flying and we sometimes do not notice that there are such round events.
When we recall the old time. we started small like any other user and initially could not find a right topic what to post about but also to find friends. Initially we were with German users and our posts were in German, but we have not seen much feedback then we started to search what could be next. Then @myskye started posting his photos but they also remained without much support. Then it was the time when I posted my painting and that received an attention from @blocktrades one of the strong accounts on Steemit and that was the moment when we were sooooo happy and thought that is it! We should concentrate on my drawings and paintings.
That was a week after we started when we found our niche and I am glad that it was a good luck, because we were already thinking to leave.
it is so important for those who are at the beginning to have such motivation and attention their blogs and posts because if not that Upvote from "blocktrades we definitely were not here now.
By now we have met many people and we are here because of you, dear friends!
I will not name anyone, because I do not want to forget anyone, but we have many, many, many friends and we appreciate you being around for us!
As I mentioned our blog was noticed because of Art that is why I am using my simple but also favourite painting of those two boats representing both of us: @stef1 and @myskye

Hi @serap and thank you very much for your beautiful feedback. You are right 5 years is almost nothing, gone like it was yesterday, who knows in maybe next few years we are still around here and still living on this little planet called Steemit.
I agree it is so important to have somebody who gives a first push in our life and that could change everything in right direction. I am also glad that our paths are crossed :)

Every year was different, first three perhaps more like establishing, searching and finding, planning and working hard to be seen. But on one hand it was worth and it brought us here where we are now. Sometimes we say that in real life it is the same with hard and constant work and efforts we can reach our goals and here we are, quite satisfied with our achievement.

저는 외국 간호사들은 어떻게 현장에서 일하는지 궁금합니다. 한국 간호사들과 다른 점은 무엇인지, 공통점은 무엇인지 등... 언젠가 기회가 되면 @stef1이 일하는 곳 간호사와 만나 이야기 나누고 싶어요.

In UK, we have nurses from different countries too, we have a couple from from Philippines, many from India, Pakistan. I do not think I met a nurse from Korea. Of course, the system is different but I think they get used to this system. The shifts usually 12 hours usually few days days, then either couple of days off then nights. At present there is a lot of work load on nursing staff, because many experienced nurses left and we have many new and that is hard. But usually they settle after 6 months or so.
My sister is an advance nurse of Intensive care in London, that is I know and appreciate how hard this job is and support our nursing staff.
I speak few languages, Kazakh, Russian, German and English. We speak at home German, but of course, at work and so English. Learning different languages is another hobby that I have and love. But again recently not much time for that.

영국 간호사 소식 전해주어서 진심으로 고마워요. 게다가 동생이 간호사라니..... 동생과 친하게 지내야겠어요.
한국 간호사가 영국으로 일하러 사례를 저도 본 적은 없어요. 가끔씩 대학원 진학하러 가는 간호사들은 봤었어요. 아마 선배 취업자들이 없어 취업 정보가 부족해서 그럴 수도 있을 것 같아요. 한국 간호사들은 호주와 미국으로 많이 진출하는 편이에요.
한국에는 외국 간호사들이 많이 없어요. 아마 그럴 거예요. 필리핀이나 인도네시아, 파키스탄 간호사들이 한국에서 일하지 않아도 인력 공급이 되는 상황이라서 그런 것 같아요.
한국 긴호사는 보통 8시간 교대 근무해요. 몇 년 전부터 12시간 교대 근무하는 곳이 생기고 있는데, 아직까지는 8시간 교대 근무를 많이 합니다. 쉬는 날과 밤 근무는 영국과 한국이 비슷한 것 같네요. 그러나, 6개월 만에 업무를 익힌다니 능력자들이네요. 한국은 6개월 만에 그만두는 간호사들도 있어요. 업무와 인간 관계 등의 이유로요.

Mis felicitaciones por el quinquenio en esta comunidad. A mi me quedan pocos meses para cumplir también cinco años. Me agradó que te decantaras por el arte y en ello estamos, cada cual con sus prpuestas. Por cierto la acuarela de las dos embarcaciones gemelas es sencilla pero limpia y armonizada. En acuarela la mayoría de las veces "menos es más". Te animo a tomar el segundo quinquenio con ilusión y con imaginación para beneficio de esta nuestra comunidad.

Thank you for your comment to my painting, I am pleased to hear it. I do not know if I mentioned to you, I often tend to mess up the colours because not waiting till the layer is dry, but this one I decided to leave for hour each time and went to do something to make sure that they are clean. I love the effect too.
