Try growing some lion's mane - you can't go wrong recognizing that one. Add to that it's really useful.

    Oh my goodness :D I just had to Google that! How cool looking!!! It looks like a fluffy cotton candy ball haha!!

    Over the festive season I actually bought two mushroom growing buckets... one for my dad and one for my eldest brother. It was indeed quite something to watch the whole process. Those ones were oyster mushrooms if memory serves me correctly.
