Today, even though the rain continues to wet the earth's floor, it finally arrived at the place I usually write posts that I upload on Steemit.com. even though the clothes I wear are wet.

today, between the art images I chose, I wanted to make a story again, with the title I had packaged, with the theme Leaders who can be led.

you may wonder why I chose this image, yes... the art image I chose, because in steemit, has a leader who can be led in this sense, all suggestions and input are always welcome and never disputed, but all words consisting of suggestions will be filtered so that they become material that will be used as a discussion, with stakeholders. from this basis something work that has an interest in the common progress of its people and followers, will always go hand in hand with time in a kingdom.

In the picture above, I did make someone there, by looking at one sword, only the hilt is visible, the same is true for the sword strap that is visible, I will also give an inscription there, you can definitely read it.

to keep things from setbacks to progress, what do we need, maybe everyone will look in the direction, like:

Without realizing it, the vision and mission of a community continues to go sideways, so that it disappears and only accounts remain.

the hope of the people who are constantly being forced by society to write without being given basic education, without paying attention to some of the other deprived people, this is where a gap occurs which is unnoticed at first it is very easy.

the hope of this community is that there must be a change, but the community continues to be forced by royal aides to write. by becoming a bone of contention they will be promised positions and executioners, what about the people who have no education... who cares about them, there's no way they have to go back to elementary school and write, while the assets they have now are rice fields, gardens, fish ponds, artisans to workshops, and several other deprived communities, this is where a gap occurs which is unnoticed at first it is very easy.

since the leader who is friendly to his people descends directly to the community area, he just takes a deep breath,

Since then, everything has been repaired in stages, regardless of the poor and the rich, all the rules are the same, people's rights are not differentiated. whatever suggestions and ideas the community has, they are still valued and admired by this ruler.
