Having friends who have unique talents and who no one else can think of is a gift in cyberspace or in the real world. and finally, with the equipment owned by the workshop owner, yesterday, I ventured to open some research on a car ECU, owned by the customer.

however, while doing research, always getting an error code, which is not connected with some sensor lines, after a few hours, confirmed by ODB Scanner, THIS DISEASE, WAS FOUND, because some components and sensor lines are damaged. with the help of another friend, who works in the field of the current path of an ECU, after opening it, this is what happened ... you can see it below:

As in the picture, the paths for several sensors, have been damaged, so not surprisingly, all technicians are confused and tired by this damaged ECU. after ordering the ECU, then, everything has become normal, and ECU research can be done, and the car starts again as usual.

with this scanner, maybe this experience can be useful for all of you, you can find out the damage in it, just like this car.

This car, has the following constraints, so, a research on the ECU of the car must be carried out, and has the conclusion, that it has a special sign that the ECU is damaged inside.

Symptoms of Damage are:

• the check engine light comes on, and sometimes it goes away and flashes 3x.

• when the ignition is on, the sound of the fuel pump is buzzing.

• the first starter turns on briefly, then turns off.

• starter again the car is alive, but the engine is limping. after walking 1 kilo forward, the machine is normal.

• you try to turn off the engine, then start again, the engine is normal again.

• the car battery feels hot.

• Car AC turns on, car horn sounds like lack of AKI current

the incident above, is a symptom that your ECU is having a small or big problem, as shown in the picture above. BUT THIS IS ONLY ON SOME VEHICLES. and if so... it wouldn't hurt to check your ECU. of course you have to contact the nearest repair shop in your country.
