On the occasion of the International Coastal Cleanup Campaign, a clean-up operation was conducted in St. Martin, the only coral island in Bangladesh, on the initiative of 'Keokradang Bangladesh'. People of different ages, including locals, took part in the operation on Friday morning. The day is celebrated in more than 520 places around the world. This campaign has been going on in Bangladesh for 10 years. The main goal is to raise awareness about waste disposal, biodiversity and the environment. Coca-Cola and Ocean Conservancy are assisting in this organization.
