Good day my fellow steemians and members of this prestigious community. How are you doing in your respective countries? Hello my friend you can improve yourself in 6 months? I want to share with you how I've planned to improve my daily life this year. Here are the necessary steps I've taken and I'm trying everyday. Though it's tough.
Get up early in the morning. It's going to be hard at the starting if you aren't an early bird.
Stop eating junk food. Salty restaurant meals aren good for your health.
Start comparing yourself with who you were yesterday.
Start doing exercise at least for 30 minutes daily.
Socialize with others and build everlasting connection with them as it will help you a lot in long run. Especially like-minded people.
Get out of your comfort zone. Do something new or something different from your regular routine.
Try to learn from your mistake and try to not repeat it.
Try to do random act of kindness on daily basis. (What goes around comes around) Love makes the world go round.
Reduce your screen time (our phone if not well used is our biggest distraction)
Stop blaming others for your failure. Accept 100% blame for all your failure.
Start practice gratitude (it has changed my life completely).
Start cold shower in morning without any excuses.
Stop doing unnecessary shopping to please others. That is, don't live for societal validation.
Try to practicing how to write daily.
Do journalling at least for 5 to 10 minutes daily.
Start reading books….. read at least 10 pages per day . You will definitely see improvement within 4–5 months .
