WOX Community ~ who I am and why I use this community

Best regards to all the members of the WOX community, I want to introduce myself and tell you a few words about myself and the impact of this community on me.
My name is Toni, codenamed @to-tru, I come from Croatia, more precisely from the town of Šibenik on the Croatian coast.

I have been living on the island for the last two years with my wife where my grandmother lives.
Kaprije is a small island 20 nautical miles from the city or 45 minutes by passenger catamaran. Here we have found our peace and live a simple but also quality life. In the winter time only 70 people live on the island and in the summer 700 people and about 50 more sailboats and yachts.

After high school I started working in various bars, later in clubs, restaurants, cafeterias, hotel, luxury resort.
Although my profession was a ship engineering technician and I was on board as assistant for a year but I did not continue to navigate.
I earned most of my money in the hospitality industry, as a cocktail master and a professional barista who has a great passion for coffee.

Since I now live on the island my hobby and my passion is fishing, of course.

This is my second presentation after a few years, more precisely four and a half years ago I had intrudaction post for the first time on the steemit platform.

And it looked like this;

" Hello Steemit, I found your frequency! "

I heard about steemit from my friends who was already deep in blogging, some were in games some organized various competitions.
I don't like platforms that interfere too much with my private life, such as Facebook or Instagram, maybe because I like to take photos but I don't like to see myself in a photo.
But this was an ideal platform and opportunity to express myself and present some things and talents without people delving deep into your private life.
And so I started to write a blog and all went very well as long as in one moment when I just stopped I don't know exactly why, but the life just separated me from this platform and I was focused on some other things.
I had not been active for a very long time for about two and a half years and when I decided to try again to continue where I stopped it was very difficult.
Steemit was divided into many communities which was a bit confusing for me, my friends told me it was no longer worth it to you because everyone is kept in some closed communities of which only a few have some benefit.
Despite that, I decided to try again in the hope that not everything is so black and that there must be a bright spot in all this.
That bright spot for me was the WOX ~ World Of Xpilar Community.
I found some photo contests and started posting I didn't expect too much from all that, but soon I realized that work and talent are really valued in this community and that every award is well deserved.
I am an amateur photographer and my photos mostly come spontaneously and were taken with a cell phone. Some of my photos have a superficial and some an extensive story depends on the inspiration and theme of the photo , the themes of my photos are mostly;
Seascape, Landscape, Cityscape, B&W photography,Portret and Art contest hosted by @axeman, who is a top photographer with great tips.
Contests with various themes every week in the photography ( food, street, reflection, flowers...) hosted by @mister-omortson.

I really appreciate the work of @stef1 who is an excellent artist and a diligent moderator who is always ready to help and also attack those who use plagiarism.

Of course, there is our administrator @xpilar who is always working to make this community stronger and to make it even better for everyone and a lot of humanitarian work and support for those who need it most.

I would also like to mention other moderators in the WOX community who do a great job and contribute to the development of the community itself, and these are;
