Yesterday I took part in a beautiful shamanic journey. I am very visual and find it very easy to leave my body and go off exploring other dimensions which is what happened. Once I was coming back into my body we did some singing, angel cards, enjoyed various incense including Bark from shamanic tribes who collected it from rainforests. It was a full sensory journey. I know the practitioner as a friend so she also invited me to play the sound bowl and do some sound bowl massage where you lie the bowl on the persons stomach and back so the vibration is felt throughout the whole body. @Lilithdevonrex loved being around, I find cats always know when you’re doing something spiritual I want to be involved in the process.
