I eat a high raw diet, essentially not cooking my food over 45 degrees to keep the living qualities of the food intact. I do eat cooked food but I try to make it make up a lot less of my diet than raw.
I found these gorgeous raw cakes at earthfare in Glastonbury and they were okly £2/£2.50 which is crazy as the ingredients are quite expensive in these cakes being mostly nuts, fruit, coconut oil and maple syrup and no bulk filling items like flour. I got a few to split between my family and they were all very tasty. These types of cakes are often upwards of £6 per slice and even cost a lot to make at home so amazing to see them so cheap :)
ooooo, yeah! Talk to me girl))))
