Pencil drawing, New Competition (No.60)

At first, I was skeptical about making this post. Coupling with my busy schedule this week and how lazy I've become. It only needed a reminder that SBD was back. And I needed to be serious.😂🤧

STEPS	•

It has 6 steps before the final one. And I'll be explaining each of them.

I started with the head and hair here. As you can see. It's pretty easy. Just some soft touches.

Then I went on to adding the face and the upper part of the man's body with his clothe. I was really careful with this, since I wouldn't be using any eraser on this one today...

When I was through sketching that one above, below here, I sketched the left arm and the leg as well.

In this one I was done with every sketchy part of the man, and also the cat, plus the box the cat was sitting on. Then also notice that the feet of the cat wasn't resting on anything. So I had to add another smaller box for its feet.

After adding the box, I also painted the sketches with a netting technique. Which I got this result.

I completed the painting here.
