Since I read the book “Veronica Decides to Die” by Brazilian author Paulo Coelho, I have been wanting to go to Ljubljana. Was one of those weird obsessions, the book didn’t describe the city, but I find it interesting to be reading about a place I didn't, now existed.
In 2017 I was going to go to some cities in Europe and decided to include Ljubljana on the itinerary. Let me tell you, the book is only ok, but Ljubljana is spectacular.
Is a small city, full of life and creative and warm people. The streets are charming and clean. The architecture of the city is very eclectic. I am sharing 10 photographs I took back then, I hope they will inspire you to go one day.
Love,
Vanessa.
