Trying a new beer Cerveza Libre

Now I have been a keen beer enthusiast for most of my life.
And at the start of the year I found an app called sidekicker which you can apply for random job shifts. As I need a break from my business a couple of hours a week to mix it up a bit. Long story short I was accepted for a shift at a brewery here in Brisbane called BrewDog.

BrewDog is a world wide brewery which started in Scotland and now has a brewery on the banks of the Brisbane river in Murrarie.

Today they brewed this new brew Cerveza Libre salt and lime larger. 4.3% alcohol volume. Equivalent to 1.3 standard drinks by Australia standards.

Now Larger is my favorite type of beer but all these pale ales and ipas are starting to grow on me.

The beer poured from the can with a nice clear and bubbly golden amber

So let's get into my first sip of Cerveza Libre.

You can tell instantly that it's a Mexican style light larger then the after taste of salty lime kicks in.
I'm not going to lie it is very strange at first the aftertaste is a bit overwhelming for my like.

I'll tell you one thing.. these salty beers are making me thirsty...
