My friend, you don't seem to feel too well. I am sorry to hear what you are going through and I believe it will be possible to make a trip in the future (better if the weather conditions are better). There are places where you can go and rest and for now you should focus on improving. Improving if it comes to that great phone. You could also show parts of the photo's you take to add a bit of an artistic way or how about macro? Did your mom already find your bugs or how about a macro photo of your food, the table clothes or whatever is in your direct area?
It sounds that phone has a lot of options which I usually (the options of my phone() discover by the time it is close to it's end.
I wonder how about a warranty? What if your phone gets broken? Can you send it back or is this a risk you have to take because the phone is ordered online?
It suck being a dialysis patient @wakeupkitty because I myself cannot feel well enough to say it is all good because my life is just being extended only where a proper blood clean quality is non-existent and to make you get an idea about what I am talking about, my body is feeling poisoned all the time and it is just I am getting "saved by the bell" everytime I would complete my dialysis treatment and still I would never feel brand new or normal again.
Part of my problem if you believe it or not is my Nephrologist because she is not prioritizing my creatinine levels to get low unlike the one that I met who temporarily took care of my treatment session when I had my appendectomy last January of 2020, that Nephrologist was surprised that my blood's creatinine level was high. It just means that his level of care is better then my own Nephrologist and I am not so surprised because I feel that my current Nephrologist had given up on me many years ago and is just waiting for me to be like any other common dialysis patients out here where it has been common to die after a while.
Anyway, it is hard to travel, if I will stay in someplace for a vacation if I want to have a vacation, I will have to contact the nearest dialysis center there and get a slot, it is not that easy. In the other hand if I want to go like for buying groceries, my body will always not cooperate because of the involvement of pain and breathing which happens a lot when I sit down for longer than an hour. I can only walk here around the house and still it feels like I have a burden of Kilos of rice on my back, it always is regrettable to do simple body exertions.
Also, I already did a Macrophotography post, I can't perfect it still but the features of this Vivo X200 Pro helps a lot. The thing is that I needed an ample light it seems because my room is not really well-lit so I just would have to do it outside when the sun is up and bright like what I did with the Moring leaves post recently, I just zoomed out the camera lens on the leaves and the camera produced a nice photo. Maybe I am not used to seeing better quality photos but it does makes me feel happy. I am yet to ask my mother to find me some bugs to photograph with, it will be better if I would take a shot at them in the wild but again, I am not going out even if I needed to.
This phone according to the seller has a six months warranty. However if it breaks and I am not given a warranty, I will have to live with it because I actually traded buying from a relatively "Grey market" for getting a cheaper version of this Brand and model. The seller which is from China is not an "official distributor" is still a legit seller and then offers the warranty and because of these factors, I opt-in about my purchase which I am still happy about.

Can't you ask for another nephrologist or the one who once helped you? What if yo go to another hospital during a few days out and they can clean your blood better? I know it sucks and it's good to admit that and not pretend that it's a great life or something to be greatful for if that isn't the case 24/7.
If it comes to groceries isn't there anyone who can come along (your niece?) or help with that (all in the car if you leave? You still didn't tell me what you would like to do. Imagine it's all possible and you do feel good and your blood is clean what would you like to visit or do?
If it comes to the camera my photo's outside always have been better. Somehow my houses or inside is always too dark and an extra light doesn't make it look better but I also don't have those lamps photographers use.
I assume within one months you tested the camera enough. Grey market or not, there should be warranty on an expensive item since the seller bought it somewhere and for sure has it as well.
