If we had adfitional 24 hours we would sleep more? Relax more? The brain and body need rest to concentrate and function. There's no need for a game to be related to Steem.

If I had more hours, I would work and keep working because dreams won't achieve themselves. I remember my colleague saying to me, 'I feel like 24 hours in a day is not enough.' That’s what happens when you have a big project, especially at the beginning, when we didn’t make good progress. So, he felt like there should be more than 24 hours in a day.

With more hours of work you sleep relatively less and you will break down before you know it.
Ask a lazy person how to fix the job

I'm a lazy person, and the thing I love the most is just resting in my bed. But I believe that at the age of 25, it's not the time to sleep it's the time to be productive. We have a quote in Arabic: "Work now, and you will rest in the future."

My grandmother said: you can rest in your coffin but honestly that takes too long.. No one wihtg us takes naps at day time if you wake up at 4 or 5 am you work till you go to bed even if this is 20 or 25 hours later. This is for sure not healthy and good for many burn outs, depressions.

I never had a night rest longer than 6 hours and mostly it's a disturbed one. I wish I could sleep for 20 hours for a change but my bio rhythm is disturbed, broken by my childhood and the work society I live in

You know what I enjoy most is being able to sleep like a small baby... entirely at ease, without tension or overthinking. It's a rare and great experience to go asleep without anxieties and wake up genuinely refreshed.... I hope I could have the same deep, unbroken sleep every night , with all the pressure, responsibilities and endless ideas rushing through my brain, it feels practically impossible , I wonder how life would be different if we could all receive the rest we actually need

I have a lot of sleep to catch up. During my entire life I had a lack of sleep and one of my wishes is still sleep therapy.. 100 years or so although I don't want to wake up in the future.
Btw, it's not said baby's sleep at ease...
