Actually the process is similar to what is done in other DeFi systems.
You must have a Wallet, which in this case is Tronlink.
You must have funds in TRX for the collection of commissions, plus something additional to stake a few TRX, and get energy.
Buy WOX tokens with TRX, or if you already have WOX tokens, you simply add liquidity.
It seems like a lot of steps but it's a simple thing to do. There are a series of posts made showing the step by step, from downloading the wallet to adding the liquidity.

In the link left in the post, it is explained step by step, how to do it, and additionally there are some links in that publication in which it is explained how to acquire energy, bandwidth, and everything you need to know to be able to add Liquidity.
