A new Steemit interface? DAO Proposal, With your vote it is possible 💪

The developer @the-gorilla has been working on a new and better look for the steemit.com interface for a while.

Many of you know @the-gorilla in exposing scammers and plagiarists and has helped many local communities with this, he has also created a tool to help users review their club status - showing them where their power comes from, where how much they switch on, transfer out and who they share a wallet with, among other things.

Of course we have already mobilised all our friends... I have noticed that the Vote SP not only rises, but also falls again in between: does this mean that votes are cancelled? Or does such a vote lose "weight" if the user initiates a Power Down...?
