Elon promises weren't real
Redesign a world
Make it electrical, interplanetary
Plan went well, drill deep
Check the oil, Roger the superior
Time went on and we became obnoxious.

Could virus or bacteria
The ending changes were seen
Not as expected
Not as planned
We have to stick with this deranged world

Their lungs once full, now left displaced.
Or is this dance the northern glow,

A beauty rare, yet fleeting still,
A fragile wonder bent by will.
