We have many times in our community in World of Xpilar posted posts about how important it is to build your own Steem Power
We must also build our Steem Power to be able to give votes to others, that is what our healthy economy is based on here in Steem Blockchain
An important thing to do is build friendships and trust over time, read other people's blogs, comment and vote.
@steemitblog and @steemcurator01 have also focused on how important it is to build your own Steem Power so that you can support other users who provide quality posts in their blog
The project we are now starting is possibly an idea for other local communities in Steemit by focusing on their members building up their own SP for those who want to set their blogs to 100% start-up
For example "What are your goals, what Rank do you want during 2021"
In the World of Xpilar community we have many with different rank and we want to create a separate club for those who have reached the status of dolphin and help others to reach that rank 🐬
Earlier this week I asked "What would you do if you became a dolphin in World of Xpilar?"
I received a lot of good feedback and based on those applications I have so far selected two users who have contributed with great blogs of macro photography and in addition they have contributed to two major projects led by our moderator @sultan-aceh.
They have also sponsored the projects with their own money and steem / SBD and in addition put in a lot of working hours
Here is the latest project that needs even more support to complete
I would also like to thank all of you who applied to become a dolphin in World of Xpilar, I would have loved to have made you all dolphins.
But if this is a successful project I will get back to you and you can apply again to become a dolphin 🐬 in World of Xpilar
I would like to congratulate @digitals-photo and @jasonmunapasee who are the first to join the project to become a dolphin in the World of Xpilar community, but there are certain requirements to achieve this
With all the rewards of Steem / SBD / TRX you have to do 100% power up to reach the rank as a dolphin with 5000 SP
The 5000 SP must stand as long as you are a member of the @aceh-team and the World of Xpilar Community, what you earn over the 5000 SP you are free to do what you want
You will get a 100% upvote from our "World of Xpilar Curation Trail"

and - basically one post per day, right? here I agree with you. if we rely on the friends base and count out the whales and booming / steemcurator supporting programs, which as rare as the islands in the sea, then...
5000 STEEM / 0.5-0.6 STEEM (thats a top payout most folks can have) gives 8333 posts (days). using the good SBD to STEEM rate conversion may sufficiently improve this schema, but still -- its a long way to go. thats my humble opinion.

15.55 TRX = 2.1520059704461 STEEM
That gives 116 Steem in total, 50% goes to @jasonmunapasee (58 Steem)
that is, there are 87 posts x 58 steem = 5046 Steem
