„World of Xpilar“ Community is looking for Community Moderators, delegation of 500 SP

Hello dear Steemians,
“ World of Xpilar” Community is growing, it has now 578 subscribers and 192 active users:

There are users from different parts of the world and therefore we have different Time Zone, different languages that sometimes makes it difficult to give you appropriate attention that you deserve.

Still we see that there are many of users who are very attentive and reading posts as well as leaving nice comments and communicating with the bloggers, helping with advice and just chatting.

Therefore we thought that bringing more active community key persons may help us to grow and support each other.

Community Moderators
Community Moderators are key persons for communities and if you would like actively to support this community we would be happy to support you too.
Currently “World of Xpilar” Community has following moderators:
@sultan-aceh @adeljose @art-venture project( @stef1 and @myskye)

But even then it is not enough as we would like to get the help of active community users who would act as Moderators, who would be a communicating link between the users and community ADMIN @xpilar

The role of Community Moderators
There are many posts coming through in community, your role is to get engaged with them:
• If you like post them leave comment but you need to mention why you like this post, while later reviewing it will make easy for ADMIN to give them upvote.
• Make sure that the posts are not reposted in many different communities during one day
• If user posted few posts in the community then choose one or two
• Spams, vote-farming, plagiarism will not be supported by community

Why to apply for Community Moderators
Those of you who will be successful will receive:
-Delegation of 500 Steem Power to start with, depending on activity of user and engagement in comments the Delegation can grow or can be withdraw if the users fail
-The users will be supported by the community Admin and Moderators accounts, reward % will depend on their activity and engagement

• How long you are on Steemit
• what country you are coming from and what languages you speak that will help us to make decision when we choose the candidates
• Why you think you will be a good moderator

Glad to see everything moving well and good with Xpilar-Community.

This would have been a good opportunity for me to be actively more, but bad power problem keep threaten and won't let me be active like before, but you know am always with you hehehe and @sultan-Aceh Team Nigeria & Aceh Team.....
