My story today at the Lhokseumawe City Fish Auction Market

Today I want to share my daily story at my workplace at the Lhokseumawe city fish auction market.

When I arrived at the market, I saw a friend cutting fish. When I observed the fish was a shark. This shark is very much a person who likes it.

With soft meat with a very soft texture, it gives an extraordinary taste when cooked with curry sauce. Given some spices such as turmeric, small chili, Aceh acid, star fruit, pepper, and don't forget coconut milk, this will give off a very extraordinary aroma.

With his expertise, this cutter brings out a capable technique. Thus, giving a neat result to be used as meat for cooking.

In addition to the delicious meat, this type of shark fin is also very expensive. It has export prices of up to thousands of dollars per kilo.

In the market, there are also tilapia fish for sale. Mujair can be found in many reservoirs in the city of lhokseumawe. The price is about 2 dollars per kilo. Tilapia fish is one of the most popular fish. So that the level of demand with availability is not balanced. And make this fish always has a high price.

Here are pictures of several types of fish, such as grouper, coli fish, needle fish, and red fish. We call them red fish because they are very red.

This fish is caught by anglers using a fishing hook. Not on a fishing line with a net. They brought it to this market because it could be sold at a high price. Because this fish includes fish that are very few in availability.

Here is a picture of milkfish. Milkfish is one of the must-have fish in this market. This fish always decorates our market. And this fish is very flexible, everyone likes it.

Next there is also shrimp. Shrimp is a very expensive marine animal. In this market, many types of shrimp are sold, ranging from sea shrimp, white shrimp, vaname shrimp, kelong shrimp, wat shrimp, black tiger shrimp, and green tiger shrimp.
