Introduction

Greetings everyone in this wonderful community. How are you all doing today, I believe everyone is doing great?? I can't fail to say that it's been a week of back to back exercise for me as my friends said that I've gained much weight and because of that I've been exercising with this lovely bull dog. So this the dairy of how I spent my Monday 22nd November, 2021.

Morning

I woke up as early as 6am to go for jogging with my friends and the dog which has been my daily morning routine for the past one week. I jogged for an hour before I came to the field to do a few exercise and after a while I became very tired so I had to end it for the day but guess what o came out with a dog that is stronger than me so taking the dog back became a tog of war for me, hahahhahahah. When I finally got home, I first rushed my breakfast and took my drugs before taking my shower and then went back to bed to relax my body small.

Afternoon

After getting enough rest , I prepared to visit my friend who has a fish pond because it's been a long time since last I saw him. Luckily when I got to his fish farm, he was busy with the fishes so I took my time to look around and had fun viewing the environment. I felt bad to know that his fishes died due to water pollution which made him have too.mych loses.

After comforting for a while about his loss, I decided to go back home which he escorted to to a point before going back.

Evening

When I got back to the house, it was already around 5pm so I picked my phone and started making my posts on steemit and then chat with a few of my friends on WhatsApp. Finally, I watched a few movies on my phone and went to bed. That was how I spent my day.
