Assalam-o-Alaikum! Everyone,
I hope all of find doing well and enjoys the precious moments of life with his family by the grace of Allah Almighty. I start my day with the name of Allah. So, I get up early in the morning.it is time for prayer. I performed ablution went to the mosque and offer the fajar prayer. Then, I go for morning walk. I've always loved morning walks. Morning walk is part of my daily routine.I can't skip it anyway. I think it is precious time for us. We must enjoy it.
Today I am going to share with you guys oranges and bananas.
I go to the market for buy some fruits for homes. I saw many seasonal fruits. So I thought why not share it with you. Today we will talk on the advantages and disadvantages of these.
First we talk about bananas. Bananas are everyone's favorite fruit. Children old and young like to eat it. Banana is a very good source of vitamins and minerals like potassium, vitamins B6 and vitamins C.

Oranges are also very beneficial too. They protect our cells for damage. We can called oranges citrus fruit. It contains Vitamin C which helps in boosting our immune system. It also help to fight cancer causing germs. The vitamins and minerals found in it help a lot in smoothing our skin.
