My Steem not Added in my Wallet

Hi Everyone,

I hope everyone is fine and in good health.

I just wanted to share my issue that I posted my achievement 1 a couple of weeks ago for which I got steem but even after payout time (1 week) my steem dollars haven't added in my wallet.
For further clearance i am adding photos of steem gotten and my wallet.
Can anybody help me in this regard?
I will be very thankful.

    Seems like you haven't logged in ! in order to redeem rewards you have to log in to steemitwallet using master password !
