As an individual dealing with people each and everyday, honesty is a must have policy. When I talk about honest, I mean being truthful to yourself and others be it work, your personal development, and day to day dealings.
Honesty is not just about telling the truth, but involves abiding by your words. It requires letting your actions speaks for itself, it requires discipline and being truthful at all times even if it will cause you.
The beautiful thing is that, the truth of being truthful truely makes an individual free. Let all men be liers and stand by the truth and God willing vindicate you.
Leadership without honest leads to failure as a leader, honesty is an important quality to possess. An honest leader has the trust of his followers. He keeps his word and leads by example for his followers to follow suite. Honest leaders get things done.
