CONTEST TIME : TELL US WHAT YOU THINK CAN HELP LEADERSHIP AND GIVE STRENGTH AND ENERGY TO COMMUNITY BUSINESS

Hello my dear steemians on this noble and respected platform, I hope everyone of you is doing well by his grace. It has been a very long time since I visited this noble platform. I am very grateful to be here with you again. I will use this opportunity to share what I have for today's contest. I was very very happy when I heard about this special contest because it has touched the essential parts or the sensitive parts of the slow growth of steam Ghana.

BELOW ARE SOME OF THE POINTS I THINK WE HAVE LEADERSHIP AND STEEMIT BUSINESS IN GHANA

1. ENGAGEMENT
   Leaders in Ghana show engage peoples in the community. They should work together as a cooperative body to enhance the community. It shouldn't happen that 1s working all the while others are relaxing. The engagement can be done by reaching there steam irons who are no more active on the platform and find out the problems they are facing in creating so that they can render them assistance. If leaders do not encourage steemians to post, then most of them are going to relax. Reaching steam irons and having them share there are difficulties curating helps the community to grow.

1. FAIRNESS
   Leaders or country representatives in Ghana are not fair at all. Most peoples stopped curating because they are doing cost 90 a job. The right quality posts everyday they join the clubs initiatives and they abide by all the rules and regulations guiding the steemit community but still they do not get any support from booming. It has became clear that the booming support X-Men 4 only a few selected peoples in the community.

We have some selected steemians in Steem Ghana community who gets booming supports about four to five times in only one week. These steemians do not write quality posts than others but they still get the support from booming every day. These steemians do not even votes or comments others posts but they still get booming support everyday while the hard-working steemians get nothing. It has became clear that the country representatives favours some people even if they do not vote or comment on others post they will still get booming support. Most people stop curating because they are doing a better job but no one is attending to them. If this continues how is the community going to grow.

Country representatives should be fair to everybody but not a few selected individuals. No one willing to do a better job if his effort is not been noticing bye the authorities. The leaders sure stop giving the booming support to some few selected papers and share it equally among the peoples in the community. If leaders in Ghana are going to follow this trend then I'm afraid, steemit cannot grow in Ghana.

I was very happy when I saw this contest in the community because I wanted to also share my sentiments. The new country representative that we now have should look on this matter very well because we cannot be doing all the dirty Jobs for some few selected individuals. Steemit is not for only few selected individuals but for those who post quality posts and also votes orders and comments on their post. It is very painful for you to sit down and spent a term to write a quality post but will end up getting nothing in return. The rules governing the booming support have not been following. The new country representatives who are, @juzkid and @nattybongo should rise up and do the needful. Bamboons cannot be working everyday for the Monkeys to chop

I know that @steemcurator1 will be wondering why most peoples stop curating in Ghana. This is the whole truth, the steemians are not getting the support they supposed to get from the community because the leaders are sharing the booming votes to a selected peoples. I pray that the new leaders we have now will not follow that trend. Thank you all for your attention, may God be with you all.
