My Humble Abode!!!!!

Living in a well built and a luxurious apartment was the pride and bragging of almost every child when growing up, those who were fortunate to grow up in such beautiful and plausible houses with well decorated rooms were those I called "dada bees", they brag a lot and we always admire them and wish we were like them. One common thing that was found in the houses of such elite kids in those days was a black and white television set, which was very difficult to even see one much more watching a movie or program on it, hence those standard of living were our dreams and wishes all the time.

They say you have no choice of the family you were born in, but it is our responsibility to determine who we will become in the family. I am a proud gentle man from the northern part of Ghana, specifically the upper east region. I grew up living in a hut, a room build with clay and roof with grass. It was the common room found in the north at those days. I didn't have the privilege to enjoy electricity or what we consider today as social amenities. I was fortunate to have a wonderful mom who were very passionate about my education and that really changed my live today, thank you Mom 😊🙏.

It doesn't really matter where we are or the family we are born into, but who we are that makes the difference, whether you grew up in a local hut in a very typical village like myself or you grew up in a fives star apartment, the you inside your heart is the deterministic factor of your life. Don't let your background put your back on the ground, don't be afraid to dream big, close your ears to all negativities and pursue your goal with passion 💪.
