THE DIARY GAME - 10/06/2021 - GAMING THURSDAY

Hello Everyone,

My Thursday was full of fun because I did what I loved to do which I hadn't done for a while which is playing PC Games.

After taking my breakfast, I sat before my laptop and realized the desktop background was due for a change. I scrolled through a couple of theme packages I've got and noticed the Call of Duty Modern Welfare theme which I selected as my new desktop background

Looking at it reminded me of when I used to play games always during my leisure period which all changed when I joined Steemit. It has been a long time since I played any game on my laptop so I decided to dedicate this day to gaming.

I started with Tomb Raider. I used to play it for some time before I installed Assasin's Creed Syndicate and ignored it for a while. I realized I had covered just 21% of the entire game and was determined to get to at least 40% today at medium difficulty.

I got stranded trying to find a way of the dungeons in Mission 22, Rescue The Captured Endurance Crew.

I wandered around the dungeon for about 30mins and still didn't know how to escape the place soI had no choice but to visit youtube to watch the gameplay of another gamer.

The video was very helpful and I was able to pass that stage with ease. I continued playing the game into the afternoon, trying over and over again in certain missions.

I really enjoyed the challenges because I required that I used creative thinking to overcome certain obstacles. That is why I enjoy adventure games and gaming as a whole. I covered 41% of the game today before @head1 came around and insisted we play a two-player game.

I switched to PES20 so we could play against each other. He chose to play with PSG so I selected Bayern Munich to give him a tough time.

I had a lot of fun playing against him. He bragged about messing me up with 8goals in a game before we started but the table turned against him in our first 4 games.

We played a total of seven games in which @head1 managed to win the last two games and a draw. I've got to say, I had to let him win to enlighten his mood. I could see the frustration on his face throughout the game. At some point, he was even fighting with the in-game referee.

It was all fun still it lasted and I really enjoyed my day.
