My vision departed, my lights are fading.
There are tears in my eyes.
The memories aren't evading.
I look into my soul and hear loud cries,

Listen, listen carefully
Can you hear it?
It echoes so loud.

Watch, watch closely,
Can you see it?
It informs the crowd.

My sorrow wasn't nursed,
Yet I'm surrounded by a dirge.
Her departure plucked my cherry blossom
It took away everything, even my pride.
I am left with no comforting bosom.
Who is going to calm and restore this tide?

Now I look forward to tomorrow
Where I can once again find joy and gay
A place to successfully thrive
For I know that everyone has their own secret sorrow
That the world doesn't know or say.
I hardly say but I too want to live a happy life
