The dairygame / 24-09-2021 / Preparing Pancake for the First Time with my friends

Hi Guys, Hope we are all doing great ?
Today has been extremely tiring but I was very happy to climax the day with a pancake tutorial lesson from my female friends. We met around 5:30 pm to do some revision towards our upcoming exams but it turned out to be a pancake night. I have a lot recipes in my arsenal but I have never tried pancake before so I was very happy to learn from them.

MATERIALS USED

• Flour
• Baking soda
• Butter
• Sugar / Salt
• Egg
• Milk
• Flavor

PROCEDURE

• Break and whisk the egg

• Mix baking soda with flour, sugar and a little salt for taste

• Mix the milk with the flour mixture. and stir and add flavor

• Melt butter for frying

• Spread butter in frying pan and fetch milk and flour mixture into to fry

• In the end,

For a first time, I think I did well.

One day, I will try more and alter the recipe a little bit.
