We thanks God for giving us another day, I'm Evelyn Dankwah from Ghana having a username at steemit as @dankwah44 and you can read on my on my introductory post at the newcomers community at INTRODUCTORY POST .And today I'm going to write my first post in this community and I hope I'm been welcomed here.

Saturday is one of my busy day in the week because all the family members are present in home. So I woke in the morning having plans for preparing a delicious food for the family. The elder of the siblings preferred Fried Rice, so I went to the market to bought some ingredients to prepare the food.I spent almost half of the day preparing the food.
So I'm going to prepare Ghana fried rice and a chicken to the community and here are some of the activities I performed in the course of the cooking.

THE INGREDIENT FOR THE FOOD
Two kilos of rice
One kilo of chicken thighs
Tomatoes, Onions, Peppers
Carrot, green pepper, Olive oil, spices.

In the first place, all the vegetable was cut into slices and the tomatoes, pepper and the garlic was blended for a sauce. I took all the spices in a bowl and mixed with the necessary ingredients and added my chicken thighs to the sauce and fried for sometime.So in my first section of the cooking my fried chicken thighs are ready. Let's take a look at it;

Now it left with the rice to be cooked and fried;
here you add the cooked rice to the wok along with the onions and garlic,add the sauces and the pepper flakes along with the rice,stir for a while. Then add the scrambled eggs to recipe and stir the fry rice with your spatula continuously for seven minutes. Let's look at a photos I took in the course of processing;

Tday Sabbath day was great for the entire nuclear family, because we all eat together and it was pleasant and pleasure to have all my family back home of this weekends.
