There comes a time in everyone's life when we are down, when we feel like giving up on something completely, it could anything at all, maybe you want to give up on your relationship because things are not going so well for you anymore, perhaps your partner is supposedly becoming a headache, maybe you want to give up on pursuing those dreams or it is that mood swing?
Well as i said it could be so many things but the important thing is knowing what is happening to you at any particular point in time. They say knowing the cause of a problem is half the problem solved. If you know what is causing whatever emotional roller coaster ride you are going through then you will know how to tackle things and solve them.
I personally love facing things head on, i prefer to look at issues like scientist and uproot the cause of whatever is causing my issues and pain or deal with it in an appropriate way that would get things back to normal or make things better for both parties. In another way it is more less an examination of your life at different points in time of your life.
Here is another thing i like to do, i move a bit from the problem to get a clearer view and a better focus, for instance if it is my partner who is causing my issues, i would keep him or her at bay, analyse the situation critically find out what is exactly happening if necessary i may even get a third opinion i trust and then i can evaluate everything and find a problem.
I believe that we are our own motivation and that whiles others could serve as inspiration for us to get certain things done if we loss faith and trust in ourselves we will loss hope completely and at that point nothing would really matter much. And so let's motivate ourselves and see things from different perspectives and tackle issues head on and everything will work out for us.
