The diary game: Thursday activities, same old(shop, errands, etc.): 10th June, 2021

Hello folks, welcome once again to my post..hope we are all well. Justbe glad you're still here in this world. Give thanks always and pray more. Be kind in whatever way you can because afterall, we are nothing but only human. Thanks for visiting my post.

Though my routine has almost always been the same, I'd still like to talk a little about what happened today.

Today, as usual, I woke up and did my part of the cleaning of the house.
I always cook my dad's breakfast because all my sister are not around now, they're still in school. So that's what I did, I cooked some oats for him. I don't really eat in the mornings so I didn't eat anything.

He didn't even eat it, he preferred corn porridge so that's what I did

It was time for the shop so I hurried and left.
It's always busy at the market. Sometimes we get less busy, other times, you won't even get the chance to sit down. It actually rained today so market was a little slow.
But then the rain stopped and everything went back to normal.
I went to the wholesale today too.
My mum has a kind of porter who works for her all the time so I went with her to help me bring some of the stuff to the shop.
We got there and I helped her pack some boxes in her pan. It was heavy, honestly but she didn't mind. Afterall, that's how she gets her daily bread too(that's what she always says). I usually give her tips even after my mum pays here. She's just striving to survive.

There were some guys chatting and arguing about football as people usually do over here. They were playing ludo too. Some were watching match highlights.
It was kind of fun and exciting to witness it. You can sometimes realise some guys have no idea of what they're talking about. They just talk for the fun of it..hahaha.

The porter came the second time and the boxes were finished so I closed the gate and left for the shop, with two boxes in hand.

I had completely forgotten I hadn't eaten since morning and it was like 4pm by then. My mum got a guy to buy us fried yam. It wasn't that bad. I don't like eating foods at the market but sometimes you just gotta, you have no other choices.

We finished eating, sold a few things thereafter and decided to close the shop.
We had customers who came by for some few things. I even helped a woman package her purchased stuff.

I usually do the packaging after they have bought plenty goods. I couldn't take a pic after I was done because she was in a hurry, someone was there to take it right after I finished the package

I was really tired by the time because I had ran numerous errands before we decided to close. I'm the one who even urged my mum for us to close for the day. She had not even made her mind up to close... she's just something else😂.

I always look angry,ha!

We got home around 7pm and I helped my mum make some tomato gravy or something like that. It's just eggs and tomatoes with other vegetables. It's nice, I ate some with rice after she was done.

wait, are you eating rice with beer?, Well, yes. I don't even know if that's beer or not😏

And I went to shave my hair the other time and my bro wanted to trim his hair today so I escorted him, after I was done eating.

the barber delayed us. He talks too much, dayum!!

We came home around 9PM-10pm and I went to have my shower, played some games on phone(a "spot the difference game") and then went to bed.. I was tired bruh!
