Thediarygame : A Funeral Rite I participated in the Community ; 25/09/2021.

Hello family

Today is a great opportunity and pleasure for all members in @steem-ghana community for a successful growth in our developmental programs.
I'm much delightful to share with the people in steemit Ghana of what happens in the day in the course of some activities I performed in it.

This Saturday was not good day for me because it was the funeral rite of my landlord, whom I made him as my father in this community I'm working. I have been living with Mr Sarkodie for the past three years and this man has shown many things and situation concerning life. For the years I have been living with him, there was no single day we quarrel about any issues and I admire him so much and indeed the people in this community have lost a great asset in terms of development.

So in the morning, family,friends and sympathizers mourned the dead in their family house for a while and later the deceased was been sent to the Presbyterian Church to prepare a sermon and burial service. After the church was done with their service, the deceased was sent to cemetery to be buried with its ancestral.

After the burial service was done, it was left with grand durbar where people in the community came in the funeral ground to assist the family in a form of money,water and soft drinks to reduce their cost of the funeral rites. During this stage in the rite, usually,the family are able to gather a certain amount of money to cater for the deceased wife and children.
So the afternoon sitting came around 1:30pm and the people in the community of Nsuta show love in a full participation of their services.

Everything came to an end in the evening and it was the grace of the lord who made our program been successful.
I dedicated this post to my deceased landlord Mr Sarkodie. May your soul rest in perfect peace.
