looking at the first pic where water is sold got me thinking, is water scarce in Mampong?

Water is not scares, when you look closely at the immediate left of the pic, that little structure there has pip born water that is available to those who don't have pipe water in their homes. So it's one of the places where pipe water is sold. That area is a new site.
