Hello fellow steemians, I trust you are doing well today.
I am glad to tell you about a visit I made to my alma mater - West Africa Senior High School, (WASHS).
As my current school (KNUST) is now on vacation and I am back home, I decided to pay visit to my alma mater as it has been 5 years since I completed.
a selfie in front of the administration blockWest Africa Senior High School is a government assisted institution which is located at Adenta in the Greater Accra region of Ghana. The school in my time used to be a day school and I am glad to see the introduction of the boarding system which is working effectively.
The administration blockUpon my arrival, to the school I saw some things remain the same such as the classroom blocks and administration block among others, these things give me lots of memories. I miss my high school moment!

The 15 unit block I was also glad to see some changes such as the building of new classroom blocks and the main entrance also under construction.

The main entrance under constructionI am also glad to see the students using the overhead walkway while crossing the road as crossing the Adenta - Madina highway had been an issue some time ago.

It was really a nice time visiting my Alma mater. WASS is a very good school and I recommend it for for your siblings or children 😊
