Hello fellow steemians, I trust you are doing well today.
I am glad to tell you about a visit I made to my alma mater - West Africa Senior High School, (WASHS).
As my current school (KNUST) is now on vacation and I am back home, I decided to pay visit to my alma mater as it has been 5 years since I completed.
West Africa Senior High School is a government assisted institution which is located at Adenta in the Greater Accra region of Ghana. The school in my time used to be a day school and I am glad to see the introduction of the boarding system which is working effectively.
Upon my arrival, to the school I saw some things remain the same such as the classroom blocks and administration block among others, these things give me lots of memories. I miss my high school moment!
I was also glad to see some changes such as the building of new classroom blocks and the main entrance also under construction.
I am also glad to see the students using the overhead walkway while crossing the road as crossing the Adenta - Madina highway had been an issue some time ago.
Students having fun
