THE DIARY GAME: MY MALARIA CONCOCTION PREPARATION-09/08/21

I went to bed yesterday feeling pretty healthy thinking of the activities i'd like to undertake today. But as a verse in Qur'an says; man plans, Allah plans and He(Allah) is the best of planners.
I woke up in the morning feeling weak and cold. I requested for a malaria test kit but was told it's finish so quickly came to my mind to prepare my usual concoction.
As a village boy, i went to the nearby bushes to collect few herbs that has the potency to fight general fever. It's called dudo in Twi. This is forms of herbs has been used in Africa for millennia before the advent of the modern health system.
I collected a handful of lemon leaves, neem leaves, guava leaves and lemon grass. I collected quantities that would fill the pot i intend to use.
I carefully washed these herbs and boiled them in a big cooking pot since i intend to mix other herbs to it later and dilute it for bathing.

After three hours of boiling, my antidote to the suspected malaria was ready to be taken. In fact i had to take it hot because i was in haste to stamp-out the anomality in my system. The efficacy of this local herbs are usually not spontaneous as the orthodox medicines. I believe this is one of the reasons why people do not like to drink it however good it is, in terms of long term preventive health.
I intend to drink it for one week and add another tree back and herbs to it so that i'll be using it to bath. This i believe would root the disease in my body😊😊😊😊

NB: I am not a certify herbal practitioner nor recommending anyone to use these herbs. However, i use these herbs regularly anytime I'm sick
