There are three very important virtues we need to possess in order to become the best versions of ourselves. These virtues need to be at the heart of every single individual if they hope to reach the very pinnacle of their lives and achieve real actualization. They are;

• Integrity
• Respect.

These virtues are at times misunderstood as weakness and people in power try to hide them by all means. But that is very uncalled for. If we really want to become the best version ourselves and be adored by our followers, we must strive to embrace them.

Honesty means telling the truth at all times no matter the cost. Today's leadership has portrayed an image that when you tell the truth and expose your shortcomings, you will never have the complete backing of your people. And of course, no one wants to contest and lose, so they all succumb to these lies.

Integrity is also basically becoming a person of honor and discipline. You need to live by example and do what is expected of your role. If you instigate a rule, you must lead by example and abide by it. Most leaders lack this very important quality.

And last but not least, you need to have respect for all. :Respect is an admiration you have for your people and as such, you need to be courteous to them. This sign is usually seen as meekness and people of power do not really like exhibiting it to common folks.
