Sleep, Rest Well

We underestimate the importance of sleep a lot, we just sleep and we wake up when it is time to do so because all our lives that's the routine it had been and we hardly get time to take another look at sleep and the goodness it does for us as individuals and so when we are not sleeping we may not be bothered much.

But the truth is if you are not getting good enough sleep it should very well bother you, it should bother you a whole lot, someone would ask, why? Because when we are not getting enough sleep our body suffers on a whole different level and it is highly detrimental to our overall well-being and health, both mentally and physically.

Do you know that enough sleep deprivation can cause you to hallucinate? You system may just shut down all on its own just to force you to sleep if it is not coming because the only way the system get to reboot and charge itself is when we sleep. Word out cells only get to be repaired when we sleep and our systems get to take some form of break from the day's work or activities when we sleep.

When we experience insomnia, our systems are put into overdrive, we become hyper and things we do are overdone. Our skin wringles, our faces look disheveled and our attention span is reduced drastically, our ability to be able to think and think well goes done and we end up talking crap in some cases.

But you are well rested you realize that you mood is right, your productivity is on point, everything works out smoothly and accordingly and you feel on top of the world, you are optimistic and hopeful and your system's chemicals are well balanced that you feel great. So the next time you feel like holding back on sleep, don't, make sure to get between 6-8 hours of sleep every day and you will leave a healthy life.

Sometimes I do have headaches when I don’t have enough sleep. Our daily routines don’t allow us to have enough sleep, with this hard economy you can’t be sleeping the usual 8 hour a day.

I can tell you for the fact that if you do not have enough sleep, it reduces your life span. I hope and pray that we are all able to schedule our things in other to sleep for strength and better life.
