We all have experienced some form of pain or damage at certain points in our lives, it could have been that friend that you trust so much not to hurt you and he or she did, the person may have betrayed your trust and caused you to ache in ways you couldn't have ever imagined. It could have been that boyfriend or girlfriend of yours or even family members.
Then you feel like you can never forgive that person and that you would want to pay the person back a thousand folds so they can appreciate what you may have gone through but that is not the answer. Forgiveness is the answer. The truth is when we hold back on these things and decide not to let go we hurt ourselves more than the others who may seek our forgiveness.
We become agitated when we see or hear about them and we wished they would never cross paths with us and when they finally do cross paths with us our system goes haywire. We leave ourselves open to the development of conditions such as hypertension as we keep up with these things and we fail ourselves and our health by holding on to the grudge.
Time will surely heal your wound because such is the beauty of it however you have to do yourself the favor of letting go, allowing time to also do its work, once you forgive and you let go it may not be instantaneous that you will be ok but then that's not your work rather that of time, eventually you become ok with the person even if you do not relate like you used to his presence doesn't cause you to ache anymore.
And thus how you can tell that you have finally gotten over it and you have outgrown the pain and become your own person. So i recommend time for you today, that you allow it to heal all your wounds and you shall be ok.
Thanks a lot. I believe this post is for someone out there. Letting go of always the best option. What I can say is that trust itself is a rare commodity. We should not trust humans because humans are unpredictable.

God gave us time to take away pains. It gets serious sometimes but when we are willing to forgive, all will get better.
